If "Dark Balter the Terrible" destroys a Flip-Effect monster, the Flip-Effect monster's effect is negated.

If "Dark Balter the Terrible" destroys "Reflect Bounder," "Reflect Bounder" will be considered destroyed as a result of Battle and not as a result of "Reflect Bounder's" effect.
