Overview

Plant Aggro decks use Lord Poison as an aggressive floater, replacing him with other plants should he die in battle. While any plant monster works, the ideal choice is Fairy King Truesdale.
The plant monsters most often played are Lekunga, Vampiric Orchis, Des Dendle, Mystic Tomato, and Homunulus the Alchemic Being. Though not a plant, Arcane Archer of the Forest is sometimes used. The same can be said for Mother Grizzly.
Many players will pair the Orchis + Dendle interaction and Lekunga, hoping to produce multiple plant tokens throughout the game. Arcane Archer would then tribute the tokens in order to clear the backrow. Creature Swap is also popular in these versions because of its synergy with the tokens.
Another style of Plant Aggro focuses much more on the Lord Poison + Truesdale interaction. In these versions, discard effects are played to ditch the Fairy King to the graveyard where it can then be easily reanimated. Mother Grizzly can be used to search for Lord Poison, but some players prefer to play Mystic Tomato to increase the plant count.

A water-heavy version of Plant Aggro that goes all in on the Truesdale plan. Abyss Soldier, Tribe-Infecting Virus, Graceful Charity, and Raigeki Break all bury Fairy King. Mother Grizzly searches for either Lord Poison or Sinister Serpent, all three of which work great with Swap.

Additional Card Options
Skill Drain has a lot of potential in Plant Aggro. Many of the most commonly played monsters still work under its presence since they activate in the graveyard. Homunulus the Alchemic Being is much stronger in these Drain versions, and potentially increases the Light count of the deck enough to warrant Black Luster Soldier.
