Overview
A classic strategy, Flute Dragons combines Lord of D. with The Flute of Summoning Dragon to swarm the field with massive dragon threats. Tyrant Dragon is a popular choice, but Blue Eyes, Red Eyes, and even Tri-Horned Dragon make appearances every so often.
In order to get the most out of Flute, lists tend to have high counts of dragon-type monsters. Mirage Dragon's cancellation of battle traps makes him a common pick, but Luster Dragon, Twin-Headed Behemoth, and others are also used.
Mystic Tomato is sometimes played, as it can search for Lord of D. The Dark plant can also find Cyber-Stein, which is sometimes used to cheat King Dragun into play, who then special summons the other big dragons of choice. The famous Metamorphosis + Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast is also played.
Deck List
A play set of the Lord + Flute combo each aims for consistency, with Tomato searching for half the combo, as well as Stein. Tyrant Dragon is the boss of choice, as it's more difficult for opponents to answer.
Stamping Destruction clears the back row, while Sakuretsu Armor protects Lord and open the field for attacks.
